1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using this website, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. In addition, when using this website's services, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services. Any participation in this service will constitute acceptance of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
2. Account Creation
To access certain features of the website, users may be required to create an account. By creating an account, you agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
3. Sale of GitHub Repository Access
This website sells access to private GitHub repositories corresponding to the Angular Audio applications shown on the website. Access to the repository will provide the code that corresponds to the example shown on the website. By purchasing repository access, you agree that the code you receive is identical to the code demonstrated on our website.
4. Payment Methods
Repository access is a one-time purchase, not a subscription. We offer two payment methods:
- Cryptocurrency (EURe / USDC). You may pay by connecting your own wallet (e.g. MetaMask, Coinbase Wallet) and sending EURe or USDC on the Gnosis Chain or Polygon network directly to our business wallet address. You are solely responsible for the security of your wallet, for sending the correct amount and token on the correct network, and for any network/gas fees. Cryptocurrency payments are recorded on a public blockchain and are irreversible: once a transaction is confirmed on-chain, it cannot be reversed, refunded or charged back by us. Access is granted after the transaction is verified on-chain, which may take some time depending on network confirmation.
- Card payments. You may pay by card via Stripe, our third-party payment processor. Stripe collects and processes your card details directly; we never receive your full card number. Card payments follow Stripe's standard dispute process: if a charge is refunded or successfully disputed through Stripe, the corresponding repository access is automatically revoked.
Except as described above for disputed card charges, all purchases are final. Because repository access grants immediate access to source code, we do not offer refunds once access has been granted, whether paid by cryptocurrency or by card. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us at the address below.
5. Free Credits and Limitations
Registered accounts receive 1000 free AI credits per month, usable in the Worklet Generator app. Unused credits do not roll over, and this allowance may change or be discontinued at any time. We are not responsible for any limitations, errors, server outages, or interruptions in service, including but not limited to those arising from the use of the free credits.
6. Disclaimer
The materials on the website are provided "as is". The website makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties, including without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.
7. Limitations
In no event shall the website or its owners be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on the website, even if the website has been notified of the possibility of such damages.
8. Governing Law
Any claim relating to the website shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction of the website owner without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
