No, the project doesn't include the audio files — you load your own through the built-in file browser.

Read-only (pull) access to the Sequencer's private GitHub repository, for one year by default or for life with the lifetime option (twice the price). A GitHub account is required to receive the invite.
What happens after my one-year access expires?
