Crypto Payment FAQ

Which cryptocurrencies and networks do you accept?

We accept EURe and USDC, sent on either the Gnosis Chain or the Polygon network, from a wallet you connect yourself (e.g. MetaMask, Coinbase Wallet). We do not accept any other token or network — a payment sent on an unsupported network cannot be detected or credited.

How long does it take to get repository access after paying?

Access is granted automatically as soon as your transaction is confirmed on-chain and verified by our system — there is no manual review step. In practice this means: the time for your transaction to be mined and confirmed by the network (typically a few minutes, occasionally longer if the network is congested), plus the few seconds it takes our server to check the transaction and send your GitHub repository invite. You'll see a confirmation in the purchase flow once access has been granted.

Is paying with crypto secure?

You stay in full control of your funds and your wallet at every step — we never take custody of your crypto and never ask for your seed phrase or private key. Our server independently verifies the on-chain transfer event of your transaction (not just the amount you report), checks it was sent to our official business wallet address, and confirms the amount matches the product's price before granting access. Only ever send funds to the wallet address shown directly on angular-audio.com at checkout; we will never ask you to send payment through a link in an email, a chat message, or a QR code from anywhere else. If in doubt, verify the address on this website before sending.

Can I get a refund for a crypto payment?

No. Cryptocurrency transactions are recorded on a public blockchain and are irreversible once confirmed — we have no technical ability to reverse, refund, or charge back a transaction, even if we wanted to. Because repository access grants immediate access to source code, we do not offer refunds on crypto purchases once access has been granted. This is different from card payments through Stripe, which follow Stripe's standard dispute process. Please double-check the product, network, token, and amount before sending payment.

What happens if I send the wrong amount, the wrong token, or use the wrong network?

Our verification only recognizes EURe or USDC sent on Gnosis Chain or Polygon, for at least the product's listed price. A transaction that uses a different token, a different network, or an insufficient amount will not pass verification and access will not be granted automatically. Since crypto transactions cannot be reversed, please contact us at contact@angular-audio.com with your transaction hash if this happens — we'll review it manually on a best-effort basis, but correcting a misdirected or underpaid transaction is not guaranteed.

What is the difference between 1-year and lifetime access?

1-year access grants read access to the product's private repository for 365 days from purchase, after which it is automatically revoked. Lifetime access, priced at twice the 1-year rate, never expires. Both are one-time purchases, not subscriptions — there is no recurring charge either way.

What information do you store about my crypto payment?

We store the wallet address you paid from, the transaction hash, the network and token used, and the amount received, so we can verify and keep a record of your purchase. See the Privacy Policy for full details on data we collect and your rights over it.

My transaction isn't being recognized. What should I do?

First, confirm the transaction has fully confirmed on the network you sent it on (check it on that network's block explorer). If it's confirmed but access still hasn't been granted after a reasonable wait, contact contact@angular-audio.com with your transaction hash, wallet address, and the product you purchased, and we'll investigate.
